THE PARTNER WHO DO EVERY WORK OF THE BUSINESS.
2) SLEEPING PARTNER
PARTNER WHO INVESTED THE MONEY IN BUSINESS BUT NOT TAKE THE PART ACTIVAL IS CALLED SLEEPING PARTNER.
3) NOMINAL PARTNER
THE PARTNER WHOSE GOODWILL IS USED TO START A BUSINESS AND HIS/HER INVOLVED IN TERMS OF MONEY IS NOT THERE.
4) PARTNER IN PROFIT
THE PARTNER WHOSE SPECIAL SKILLS ARE USED IN BUSINESS LIKE MANAGER ETC IS ONLY PROFIT PARTNER IF ANY LOSS OCCURED THEN HE/SHE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE.
5)PARTNER BY HOLDING OUT
THE PARTNER BY HIS/HER BEHAVIOUR SHOW THAT HE/SHE IS THE PARTNER OF BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT IS DONE BY THE THIRD PARTY DUE TO HIM IN BUSINESS THAN HE/SHE HAS TO PAY MONEY IF BUSINESSS GO IN LOSS.
