The following categories of participants are permitted to trade in NBFII:
- Banks
- Primary Dealers
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance Companies
- Trading Members (Proprietary & Retail)
- Corporates
- NBFC’s
- FPI’s
- AIternative Investment Funds (Category III)
- Individuals
Note:
- NRIs are not permitted to participate in Interest Rate Futures
- Each category of investors will be governed by specific guidelines issued by their respective regulators with respect to participation in IRFs.
